By placing an order with Candie Cakez, you agree to the following:

Product Variations

All cakes are handmade. Slight variations in colour/design may occur.

Allergies

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies.
While we take care, our kitchen may contain allergens including dairy, eggs, nuts, gluten, and soy.
We do not guarantee allergen-free products.

Photography & Promotion

We may photograph products for marketing purposes. If you would prefer your custom design not to be used, please notify us when ordering.

Payments

Payment must be made in full before work begins on custom cakes.

Responsibility After Delivery/Collection

Once the cake has been delivered or collected, responsibility for proper storage, transport, and handling transfers to the customer.
