Refund & Cancellation Policy

Custom Orders

All cakes are made to order. Once payment has been made, custom orders are non-refundable.

Order Changes

If you need to change your order:

  • Contact us as soon as possible.

  • Changes can be accepted up to 5 days before your collection or delivery date.

  • After this point, ingredients and preparation may already be underway, and changes cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled more than 7 days before the due date may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • Orders cancelled within 7 days of the due date are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If there is a fault with your cake:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Photographic evidence will be required.

  • If the product is found to be faulty, we will offer a replacement or partial refund.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Not liking the taste, colour shade differences, or minor design variations (as all cakes are handmade)
